SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic (Singapore)
All domestic orders are shipped via Singapore Postal Service (Singpost). Charges are based upon the total weight of your purchase. Please refer to the Domestic Shipping table to calculate your total shipping expense. We offer Normal or Registered Mail options and shipping time is approximately 1 to 2 working days. This does not include processing time of 1 to 5 working days. For fund transfer orders, processing time is counted from the day we receive payment.

International Orders
Sophistix Boutique ships worldwide! There are two options available to most destinations – standard and express shipping. Foreign orders are shipped via Singapore Postal Service (Singpost). Depending on your location, your order could take anywhere between 1 and 14 working days to reach. Charges are based upon the total weight of your purchase. Please refer to the Standard Shipping and Express Shipping tables to calculate your total shipping expense. Please note that customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties which may be added when the item reaches their country by their customs authorities.

Note that shipping time does not include order processing time of 2 to 5 days.
